K9 Rafa is a dual purpose Belgian Malinois who will turn 2 on May 25. She was trained at Storm Dog Tactical and trained for patrol operations and narcotics detection. K9 Rafa will be assigned to handler Deputy Jordan Webb who just finished 6 weeks of training with Rafa and passed all state certifications.
