The official "transfer of the key" ceremony occurred today at the new Sheriff's Office substation, located at the "Fairfield Center", 12941Stonecreek Dr., Pickerington.
On hand for the event were Commissioners Fix, Levacy and Davis who turned the key over to Sheriff Lape and staff.
This location will bring a greater presence and provide more services and capabilities to the Northwest and Northern portions of the County.
