On Sunday, March 5, 2023, Tyler Kuhn (27) walked away from his residence on Hornsmill Road SE, Berne Twp., Ohio. Tyler was upset and making suicidal statements to family members. Tyler struggles with drug addiction and recently came home from a rehabilitation facility. Tyler was last seen, wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans, black Nike shoes, and a backpack. Tyler does not have a cell phone or wallet with him.
