It was an honor to spend CONSTITUTION DAY with the 8th grade students at Bloom-Carroll Middle School. We talked about the history of the Constitution, Separation of Powers, Social Contract, Representative Government and the Rule of Law. The class answered and asked great questions. Thank you to Sue Havens and the ladies of the Carroll Lions Club for inviting me once again to participate.
