Implementation week or "Go Live Week"

is all about an upgrade to the Computer Assisted Dispatching, Report Management System, Civil Office, Patrol and Detective Bureau, along with a new Jail booking system. Not everything will change at once. It is rolling out one at a time, but it is well on its way. All County law enforcement and fire will be utilizing this improved system. A lot of hard work, planning and training has gone into this project. We appreciate the effort of Sheriff Office IT Director, Joe Morris and the Tyler Tech Implementation team. We also appreciate the investment made by the County Commissioners and the patience and hard work in learning a new system by all the users!
