Please join the Fairfield County Sheriff's Office in congratulating Deputy Marisah Thomas and Deputy Luca Renner.
Both were sworn in today as Deputy Sheriff's. Both served previously in different bureaus within the organization . Marisah as a Dispatcher and Luca as a Corrections Officer.
Through an application and assessment process Luca and Marisah were the first to be sent to the academy as full time students, with their tuition paid for by the Sheriff's Office.
We are very proud of their achievement, having graduated 1st and 4th in their class. We look forward to watching their careers develop even more in the future.
