The team of Deputy Shanes and K9-Rafa recently graduated from K9 SWAT school. K9 Rafa will now be active in specific SWAT actions, serving Fairfield County in an additional role. Rafa also received her team patch. She is an awesome asset for the Sheriff's Office!
